Recently renovated, the interiors still have ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta floors, but have received a modern touch featuring neon lights that give an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
Located in the historic center of the city, where there are excellent restaurants to taste the excellence of Umbrian cuisine (homemade pasta, grilled meats, truffles, Sagrantino di Montefalco and Trebbiano Spoletino wine), the apartment is characterized by peace and tranquility, thanks to its internal position from the street and the windows overlooking a quiet internal garden.
The entrance
Access to the holiday home is located inside a noble palace from the 17th century.
The Living Room
The living area of the house is very bright and can be used as a dining room for daily use or to relax on the comfortable sofa.
A sax-shaped neon light allows you to illuminate the room softly, to create an intimate and personal atmosphere, making the guests immediately feel at home.
Bedroom
Equipped with a French double bed (queen size) and a single bed (sleeps 3 in total), the bedroom is quiet and equipped with comfort; a large wardrobe, television with remote control, dehumidifier.
The neon lighting makes this room a relaxing environment to read a book or watch TV before falling asleep.
The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large fridge, a freezer, a kitchenette, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave and a washing machine.
The study
The study is the quietest area of the house, where it is possible to study and work without being disturbed or have breakfast in tranquility.
The bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and bidet.

From the car park, pedestrians can reach the historic center of Spoleto via a mechanized path (treadmill + lifts).
